Refund & Return Policy


1. Overview

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not maintain inventory and cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will always work with you if something goes wrong with your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Email us at godisproofllc@gmail.com

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.


3. Lost or Missing Orders

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and will send a replacement at no cost if the shipment cannot be located.


4. Customer Errors (Sizing, Color Choice, etc.)

Because each item is printed especially for you:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect size, color, or design choices made by the customer.

  • Please refer to our size charts and product descriptions before ordering.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered production—usually within 2–6 hours of purchase. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately and we will try our best to assist.


6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider
